With more than 20 years of experience advising non-profit organizations, high net worth families, foundations, and philanthropic institutions, she brings a unique combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and practical experience to every engagement.

As a trusted consultant, educator, and speaker, Michele has trained more than 2,500 professionals nationwide, helping organizations and advisors navigate complex planning strategies, strengthen donor relationships, and achieve long-term philanthropic goals. Throughout her career, Michele has advised high net worth individuals and families on estate and trust planning, charitable giving, and wealth transfer strategies. Michele currently serves as an adjunct faculty member for the prestigious Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, where she teaches courses in planned giving, women's philanthropy, philanthropic leadership, and philanthropy for professional advisors. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional since 2008, Michele combines credentialed financial expertise with decades of hands-on experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University. She also earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from DePaul University, completing advanced postgraduate studies in investments, insurance, taxation, retirement planning, and estate planning.

Michele's advanced leadership development includes the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series, the Mutz Philanthropic Leadership Institute, and the Indiana University Management Training Series.
